How do we add a new Dword registry value through group policy under this path

HKLM_Machine\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\http\parameters
and DWORD key is "URLSegmentLength" and Decimal value should be "4098"

I am trying to install SQL 2008 on Windows 2003 server with SP2. In the initial stage while the pre-requisties test, i see one test fails and we can't go further

How do i create empty folder structure

I need to copy a folder structure from C: drive to another drive (D:, E:, etc...). I dont want to copy the files , only same folder structure i need to create. Any suggestions??
