Command to clear the dead paths in EMC Powerpath

I could see dead paths in EMC console as below. These disks are not attached to the server anymore.

Executing below command will clear the dead paths.

Run this command: Press ‘Y’ to remove.

C:\>powermt check
Warning: Symmetrix device path c2t0d85 is currently dead.
Do you want to remove it (y/n/a/q)? y
Warning: Symmetrix device path c2t0d86 is currently dead.

Run this command to check any other dead paths are present

  1. If you have all those drives, you could use the "a" response. That will remove all of the dead drives at once.
